Introduction
In this work the objective was to choose an image from Britanicca Imagequest and alter it using different variations of point and line.
This was the original image i had to work with and re-create.
These are thumbnails to experiment with different variations of point and line to create form. i decided to complete the eye with stippling.
this was my rough draft for my final image, the only change i decided to make from this to the final was to add hatching as value for the darker scales.
This is my final image, completed on 11x14 hotpress board in black ink. using hatching and stippling to create value, and shapes to create the scales.
